今天在SharePoint foundation 2013准备安装napa的时候出现“很抱歉,应用程序已关闭。如果您知道运行服务器的人员,请告诉他们启用应用程序。”，
上网查一下发现要启动Subscription服务，但启动的时候就出错，日志显示的内容如下：

访问http://localhost:32843/6d3057f0c44b400bb750a19fe1e667be/subscriptionsettings.svc的时候的确显示，网上的教程说在管理员心重启subscription服务，重启后还是不行。

，这就说明app pool启动失败，检查后发现的确启动失败，更换为管理员后就正确了
